How to Order
Pre-Production

Contact Sanatri customer service via whatsapp or telephone (+62 812 1110 854)

Send the fixed design files to Sanatri email address (admin@sanatri.com) (design must be in vector format)

Issue an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between client and Sanatri (regarding prices, order spesifications, deadlines, etc)
Production

Sampling according to the design attached. This can be revised up to 3 times for improvements, according to the former design.

Confirm the order, and proceed to the production stage (the sample is in accordance with the wishes of the buyer)

Production process (the length of production depends on order quantity, complexity, and spesifications regarding to special requests)
Post-Production

Delivery of ordered items (shipping duration depends on the previously agreed decision, such as sent by certain courier, divided into several shipments, etc.)
8
Submission of order invoices (after the item has been received and must be paid in accordance with the due date in the MOU)
